@@AquaticTux Water is only about 5- 6 feet deep and we had floating devices tied to the bikes. Once bikes are out it’s pretty easy to get the water out of them and back running.
Love watching Dozer ride! So just wondering. I think I live pretty close to you guys in Idaho. Do you think I can bring my 2024 YZ125 project bike out to your place sometime? Would love to get Dozer on it as well and see him rip it! Might be a bit big for him, but let me know! My YZ is brand new and yet to be ridden! GOATbro
I’ve been on the track with Pastrana & I’ve been on the track with James Stewart… I’ll tell you this, Travis Pastrana was every bit as fast as Ricky Carmichael…but there was one problem…Freestyle happened…Travis was too distracted by freestyle to give the same focus to racing that Ricky did. If you look up the 2000 X-Games Pastrana stuff, Jerry Bernardo who was one of the announcers mentions something to the effect of _“This kid’s LEADING the 125cc point standing in AMA Outdoor Pro Motocross Racing Series”_ he also mentions some of the serious injuries Travis sustained being a daredevil… Although Ricky Carmichael had moved up to race in the 250 class by 2000, Travis was up against some FAST GUYS, like Yamaha of Troy’s Stephane Roncada & Ernesto Fonseca, or FMF Honda’s Brock Sellards, Factory Honda’s Steve Lampson _(& Steve Lampson was _*_NO JOKE_*_ go look up the 1996 Motocross Des Nations from Jerez, Spain & watch Steve Lampson, on a Steel Frame Factory Honda CR125R catch, pass & beat Jeff Emig who was on a Factory Team Kawasaki KX500)._ …all of that being said…What I can tell you is this, I could beat Stewart in a 5 lap heat race, but Stewart was running faster laps in the last 5 laps of a moto, than he was putting down in the first 5 laps of the moto…that’s like starting out bench pressing a set at 100-Lbs, then a set at 250-Lbs, then a set at 360-Lbs, then a SuperSet at 450-Lbs…
@@codyallensiebert Lines up with everything I’ve heard from the old heads that raised me. Not saying you’re wrong Cody; but everything @Lect0n7 said seems to be true. Then again, I heard all this from the old dudes who I came up with.
