“America is all about speed, hot, nasty, bad ass speed” - Eleanor Roosevelt. My fleet: 1986 GMC Caballero 1986 Chevrolet Camaro 1993 Ford F-150 1967 F-250
Your car was a beast, and sorry for the angles in my video, I didn’t have a stand or anything so I was just holding it while we were getting hit. But definitely a lot of fun
That fabricobbled tunnel cover is Dan-approved!👍👍 The motor sounds pretty good on camera....I hope the cab was bolted down before 'the hot laps' ensued. 😂
Power Tour, VGG, and a heck of a Camaro! Nice! Just keep kicking out the videos. It's good to see the next generation coming on board. Keep them alive!
You should be proud Mister...deciding to go, getting ready to go, and going are all big steps and accomplishments on their own. Glad you had a good time, really glad you took your camera and the time to edit and drop these vids...I luv the idea of Power Tour but here in Oregon it's a long way away. I luv'd getting to see the content in such a timely manner. Now everyone else's content will be a week or more away.😁 Speaking of content....explain how it is we didn't get a walk around of 'the nicest Bricknose Ford'...🤷♂️
Thanks for posting again. Im luv'n the same day PowerTour action! ....an the bibs.😎 Big Smith are the ones i wear.👍 I think that F-6 had a 6.2L Detroit in it? I could be wrong tho. It IS an IDI tho.😎
@@bachmannsgarage7637 I have parts lying around from when we move onto our place in 1848....I get simple W's sometimes...but usually I suffer from Insurmountable Opportunities. 🤣
It was fun to see the OTHER farm boy's cameo appearance. 😋 Caleb an John seem like good guys. I luv the old Cornbinders...I can't believe ya thought it wasn't gonna just bust right off with some fuel.😎 "Georgia overdrive" got me good Sam.🤣 I like the idea of a stack on a grain truck to Leroy the fire up outta the stubble, our neighbors had an old Super Duty F 750 that had the exhaust manifolds swapped and the pipes ran out thru the grill on each side of the radiator...90* up with a Cherry bomb an a tractor flap on each one...the old 391 made LOTS of fun racket.
You’ll have to rotate the engine over to gain access to the Torque converter bolts. I believe there are three. You can use a socket and breaker bar on the crank bolt or a long screwdriver/pry bar through between the flex plate and the torque converter. Having the starter out of the way helps. You also may have to take off the oil filter. You may also have a plastic inspection cover to remove. Use something to keep the engine from rotating while you loosen the torque converter bolts. The heads of the bolts will be facing the front of the vehicle.
Heey buddy's please check the little squart black box the name is a (electronic pmd). This black little box working along wiith the diesel fuel pump. I cant see this is your failure.
Here’s some more information for anyone considering a Th200 to Th200-4R swap: They are the same length, you can reuse the same driveshaft. They mount differently, you’ll have to modify your existing crossmember to reach further back, or buy one like I did. The stock dipstick tube can be made to work, it’s a little awkward. The stock shifting linkage will work, you just have to make adjustments so you can use the full range. I can shift all the way from park to manual first gear. Thank you for watching, I will be happy to answer any questions.
One of the most common upgrades we did to Jeeps - or any similar chassis - was to swap the front spring hangers, so the solid pivot was in the front and the shackle was in the rear.
