I live in texico and the sirens their are an Sth-10 Farwell has a Sentry 16v1tb which is the one you can hear after the Stu and the other one is a 2t22
Nice. I thought that one sounded very Sentry-y. I never caught that 2t22 on film but I do remember hearing it once I was south of the highway, now that you mention it.
@@tcp3059 that 2t22 is on 9th street toward the end of it the sentry is on 3rd street at the city park the Sth-10 is on S Garwood street right off the train track so if you ever come back here that’s we’re their at they also go off almost every Thursday at 4:00 all together
Their is actually another one on Eunice street in Texico I don’t know what it is but it sounds like a gas mode five but doesn’t look like anything on the internet
@@tcp3059 I heard a rumor that 402 might be used as a future parts donor to 403. I don’t know for sure if it’s true or not. As I said, as far as I know, it’s a rumor
@@thomasweekley9209 I don't believe that to be accurate. I talk with their Superintendent fairly often, and as of last week, it's just on the back burner. Owners have too many other irons in the fire that take priority.
@@tcp3059 yes they were built at least I think this one in 1969.....the dynamics and truck side frames are a dead giveaway, also on the conductor side there are 2 stanchions on the sill and not 1 and then 1 on the battery box...upgrades to dash-3 status would start as early as 1992-93
Didn't know you were a train Enthusiast as well XD, if you ever find yourself in my neck of the woods out in pa, you'll have to check out the road and I work for, the Strasburg Railroad
I feel like most people only think the Midwest get tornadoes. As a Coloradan, we got them in central Colorado where I lived a few times, but they get them out east all the time
@@jamieszwed8416 I found both of them when I was filming this, but neither of them actually show up in the video. The one in "Alert" mode is near the fire station, and my second and third left turns took me around it. The one in "Attack" was about 150 yards to the right when I made my first left turn.
@@CentralALSirens Correction: the one on "Alert" is a 2-tone (I'm thinking a 15v2T?). Found it on street view. The one in "Attack" was the single-tone, and I cannot find it on street view.
