@@originaldannyrush yes only got the bobcat to do woodland camps in the winter because the cloud peak 2 is more a 2 to 3 season with the oex being small it keeps the heat in on cold nights but yes havn,t had the cloud peak long its my fav tent handy for the warmer season were you want plenty of room

I first saw this place in 1963 when I rode past on a motorbike.. I was gobsmacked at the size of it and the desolation. Of course it was still being worked then. Many years later I did explore the lower reaches but you have shown us so much more. Absolutely brilliant. I'm too old to do that stuff now so thank you for taking me up there.
Loved seeing it with views like that. Good vids and channel. I'm catching up on them now. Wales is a beautiful place. I'm quite new on RU-vid watching and learning as I go. I'm in the lakes next weekend on the Sunday. . I'm doing the wast water high level route if you're about give me a shout. I'll be really slow and steady. Staying up there on the Saturday night in a pub for a early start

Nice one Dan, you are so lucky to have all this on your doorstep, if I lived there I’d be in my element 😁, it’s mad how from the path to the summit it’s like a different world up there and the views coming back down were absolutely stunning fair play 👍👌
Yeah 2 different climates only a couple of hundred metres apart I'm enjoying going the Lakes and seeing the scenery the place has to offer but it doesn't beat home 🏴 Still going to enjoy smashing all their mountains mind 😆 🤣 You boys need to come up the next time we go

It would be perfect for a dip in warmer weather wouldn't have bothered last week my outy would have been an inny 🤣 it's a stunning area 1 which I have to go back to anyway but will enjoy it even more so next time Oh yeah and the packs and beers....I'm a machine 😆 🤣
I think I was there on the same night as this, Saturday? I remember an orange tent. Was with my son just over the ridge at the side of the tarn, you may have seen our head torches at one point collecting water. Good video, you captured that lovely morning well.
Been hitting this cabin up along with the little cabin for the past 10yrs... sad to see even more people know about it but as long as its respected its all good
Wholeheartedly agree it needs to be respected As long as people do then there is no harm with finding it But they should look to fond it themselves Its all about the adventure
