True, and I think one of the reason kung bakit mas malinis ang Iloilo city ay ang daming recycle bins at bantay para manghuli at inde mang kotong. hahaha
well, this is Iloilo city my friend not the province. I lived there for a month, and I did not experience anything out of the ordinary or even any scams.

Never been to Leon & they have an awesome church too. The inside is so beautiful. The outside just needs power cleaning & glass windows needs replacement. Our church in Janiuay was 80% ruined during WW2. Watching from Orange County, CA.
