Thumbs up if you think Deen does great on Steve Perry vocals? Such a treat to see Greg Rollie back up there with Deen and Arnel both doing the backing vocals that Perry originally doubled. So cool.

It's OFFICIAL .. As much as I loved journey from day one, some of these fans are some of the most idiotic, judgmental,, backbiting More Awnz who have no clue of what it takes to keep a band going of this magnitude .. Okay YOU'RE RIGHT HOD DAMMIT.. Steve will never be replaced for his Stellar presence and Beautiful Singing .. but Come the Fokk On already .. All you Perry groupies need to go somewhere else to start your own little whiners club because the rest of the ENTIRE MUSIC WORKD WHO STILL LOVE Journey just want to hear it done and done good .. Arnel does it with passion & honor & beauty & dignity and even Steve Perry The legend himself Honored Arnel so that Should be more than enough for you armchair critics to shut your sarcastic mouths about it.

I love the contrast between the voices of Greg Rollie and Steve Perry. And with Neil's soaring guitar, Journey earned a permanent place in my heart. Props to the other band members, too. Sorry I can't remember everyone's name.
It's too bad rollie didn't stay in 80 the team up between him and steve and some collaboration on some new songs could have weilded more hits for many more years.
As much as I have always loved Journey, it's always irked me that Rolie's songs are so rarely played. They are some of my favorites, along with "Girl can't help it" and "I'll be alright without you". All rarely played these days. Still glad they continue on, even with those omissions.
