Aight so a did some math. And the math ain't mathing. A house in that bad of a condition, that would take a damn lot of time, money and energy to clean up, would take someone making 16 an hour, 40 hours a week, about 5 years to save up for. (Thats assuming they dont spend a dime) And people wonder why we're complaining about the housing market??? (and before some jerk comes after me about not including a mortgage, keep in mind the interest on that would make this take even longer to pay off.)
Wdym “i would not have people living like that”.. you can fix it up however you want as much as you want but people will live how they live and how it fits them…guys an idiot.
lol I get ur trying to be nice. But from all those peoples financial situations I’m assuming the rent as super low and the landlord is a nice guy giving them a place to stay. The only way he benefits from the higher prop value is if he sells. Or gets a lean to improve the home and then share a higher rent. U may have single handedly put like 6 people back on the streets.
She's regressing from an affluent upbringing because of her choices, 5 kids and a built-in babysitter. Now, having that many kids and being poor doesn't mean being dirty and careless about your property!
Thanks for showing this. People get really delusional about America. There are many ppl living like this. The statistics are crazy. So many without running water and electricity. Poverty statistics here are an eye opening google if you havent lived thru it yourself. ❤
I’m a real-estate investor as well, my properties would never look like this, I’m sure you’ve all heard of slumlord, this is the meaning of that. This slumlord is not doing his job and he can actually get into a lot of trouble for this. Thank you for sharing
