You also adjust party chat and game volume and make sure its all the way to PARTY CHAT volume. Cause when you record you wont be able to hear your friends voice as good. So make sure dude :)

+Jonotaku yeah that's true, but I have mine set to game volume mostly so I can hear the game better, like footsteps on call of duty (;

Can you still use the Elgato to stream or do you have to go through share play?

yes you can use the elgato to stream, but the elgato won't be able to pickup any sound unless you have a chat link cable :( but i'll make an updated tutorial on how to do it so make sure to subscribe :) here's the link to the cable www.amazon.com/Elgato-Chat-Party-Adapter-PlayStation/dp/B017F85Q0S
