In this group in the late night ( up to 11 pm) target msg are posted by circle head and marketing department. In day time marketing department also calls to full fill the target which was set in the night. Now days they set hourly target to open recurring deposit account. This much pressure lead to mis selling of RD. This habit create a bad impression on the customers because customer are forced and compelled to open RD. In the evening circle office conducts the webinar, they mark the attendance of all clerical cadre through webinar. In this webinar they discussed why the target was not accomplished and clerks have to give the justification.
