Salut, sir please send me reply that can I apply for work permit under Francophone program as I’m on visitor record now after expiring my current work permit and waiting for express entry draw.
I lived in France when I was 2 years old for two years - and speak fluent French as I grew up with a French family - I am irish .. I only have my secondary school test in French which I scored B2 which is the equivalent to pass, I have lived in France for a few months also … will I qualify or must I do the test
Do i need to put french as my first language in order to enter in the express entry (french language proficiency program). Even if my english is better? Or is it only required for me to score a CLB7 (french 2nd language) to be accepted in such francophone program? Thx!
I found listening the most difficult section during my test. Only people who have the actual B2 or C1 level listening competency in French can have the confidence going into the test. I had the difficulty in reading the long options within 10 seconds.
I am quite sure that it's impossible to game the Compréhension orale by any non-legitimate means. Forget it! It's not even worth it...If we don't have the adequate niveau, it is impossible to expect success! Try to get to the niveau B2 before attempting the test...
Given the fact that we now have more reading to do in the new format, I still find time management to be a critical aspect of the exam. Despite the fact that we have fewer questions now, exam pressure still kicks in, resulting in self-doubts and more time-taking. I couldn't even read the last paragraph during my exam.
Hello, Can you pls explain why does tef exam score is given out of 699. How does the points are allocated in comprehension écrite and Comprehension orale?
The only thing you omitted to say is that TEF is computer based while tcf is paper based So in case someone isn’t good with a computer will TEF still be the best or easiest according to you
Je ne suis pas sûr si faire du bénévolat va m'aider avec ça => je ne suis pas sûr que faire du bénévolat m'aide (subjonctif) avec ça toutefois => mais "Toutefois" is way too formal for an interaction with a friend! en effet: same problem, absolutely not used for an interaction with a friend communité => communauté de plus: again, it's way too formal! You should use "en plus" when you talk to a friend. payant => payé ce ne sera pas payé en conséquence: again, too formal "J'avoue, souplesse est bon": is that French? The article is missing and I can't understand the end of the sentence Please have your dialogs corrected by a native, some viewers trust you and they deserve a better quality!
I have a 3 year work permit which expires in 2027 is it a good idea To start learning french ?? And if yes how much time Will it take to Reach CLB level 5 ?
Why not we break down Office detail and seperate into another tables. Because there are chances in future that the location, and contact number may change. This might disobey the CUD rules. I may be wrong but I just started learning DBMS
Need AT LEAST ~12 Months, assuming you study 2-3 h per day in first few months and 4-5 h per day in last few months. This is already an accelerated timeline- often, this takes 2 years. Tips - focus on fun. Fall in love w/ french, take pride in speaking it correctly. Step 1: get pronunciation right, imp in beginning, not the same as english. Will cost u if you don't fix early. Alexa french has good playlist. BBarters' first 6 videos in the TEF Canada Preparation playlist focus on pronunciation. "Super Easy French" playlist by Easy Languages is v useful. Step 2: start with grammar basics. Practice makes perfect Complete French grammar book Step 3: Duolingo to supplement grammar learning, spend 30 mins every day. Step 4: His opinion: improve grammar faster, "attacking grammar" faster than natural immersion via watching movies. Step 5: start with edito book. Best textbook out there for french (avoid saison textbook!). Start with A1, A2, B1 book. Each book should take 2-3 months. No need to do B2, because you can do exam specific prep instead. Step 6: continue grammar, Duolingo, edito ALL in parallel. FIND a study partner, prevents time-wasting. Use the "Practice makes perfect french sentence builder" book. Step 7: Start duolingo stories. Step 8: Finish off PMP Complete French Grammar. REPEAT grammar books repeatedly, even ones youve alrd read. Step 9: Finish off edito A1,A2, B1. use pen and paper to take edito notes, not Google docs. Make them easy for pre-exam revision. Step 10: finish Duolingo, but don't repeat it (it's only supplementary). Step 11: 1 month before exam: prepmyfuture.com to prepare for TEF/TCF. Step 12: some teacher to teach you for the speaking test, few weeks before test. Mistakes to avoid: - stop collecting too many study materials - Don't go with institutes that prepare you for DELF- wrong exam. - Don't cram 8-10 h a day. What to do: - Focus on yourself, not on courses. 85% is you, 15% is teachers, stop course hunting
