One of my goals is to eat breakfast as well. It’s become so normalized to skip it but I feel so much more energized when I make the time to eat. Also, your skin is flawless girl, you should drop a skincare routine :)
I agree that skipping breakfast has become very normalized, I’m glad I’m getting back into the habit of making it a priority. & thank you so much I will definitely do a skin care video 🫶🏽
