I grew up in a single wide. We always put our Christmas tree in the window. The only window I see in this one that you're showing to put the tree in is the window beside the microwave. Not good. I have also been seeing not enough dining space in the new single wides. How do you entertain for the holidays the very little dining space? Why are the dining spaces in single wides being cut in half?
That's a beautiful home. Just curious why all bedrooms and "kids" bathroom have metal shelving instead of wood. Master closet seems small. Perhaps it's the dressing table that takes away from the square footage. Otherwise great home 🏡 Thanks for sharing.
I'm not a fan of houses that have the primary right off the living room, talk about the lack of privacy for the most important bedroom in the whole house. The majority of my family members who live in VA actually live in this type of house & not one of them have their primary suite in their living rooms which I love. This is a very nice house, but a deal breaker with that primary in the living room....😢😢
I can’t stand the master entrance in the living room!! A big turn off. Of course this was not a good video- to much movement and to fast. No measurements of the rooms sizes. Didn’t show the house well at all.
@@wandafloyd3835 I agree, the house wasn't well represented at all, the camera swinging all over the place. But as soon as I saw the primary entrance in the living room it was definitely a NO for me! I'm not understanding the newer design engineers of today & why would they think the most Luxurous bedroom in the whole house, doesn't deserve the most privacy?! Like I said a lot of my family members live in this type of house in VA starting with the oldest house almost 50 yrs. old & the newest at 5 yrs. old & not any of them have their primary suite ring in their living room & love their homes. I grew up in NY & when I retire this is the route that I will like to take since, I already have land that I inherit. But trust, I will not buy a house with the primary in the living room, kitchen or dining room....
I disagree… I enjoy the idea of the primary bed room being closest to the living area because when I think of someone trying to break in, I want to be close enough to hear it, and close enough to the intruder to grab my pew pew. I always felt like, if the main bedroom is farther from the entrance than the secondary bedrooms, I put my family and guest at risk of being victim to an intruder because I was the furthest away… does that make sense? lol
@@montana8779 please who asked you?!! I am talking for me & me only, if I am purchasing a house I am purchasing a house that I like & definitely not for what you like or anyone else for that matter! That is your preference if you like your primary suite off of the living room, kitchen or dining room, what buisness is that of mine?!
