Hi Josh could you do a comparison video if a Director takes all there 50k income via salary at present and compair it to dividend if the dividend rate was to be the same as Income Tax rates I think its worth doing just to show worse case sanario
Totally agree! I am back in London from Dubai for the summer - purely for the weather. I have a flat here and once, I came back to London with my flat broken into, my BMW tires punctured. The UK is on the downhill unfortunately! Thank you ❤
Frankly speaking, there is no “perfect” country! There’s always pros & cons with every country on earth! Humans have a tendency to complain about everything; they’re never content! If wearing a Rolex watch is what makes or breaks your decision to stay or leave, then I think you deserve to go-there’s more to a country than simply being able to wear a high value watch while popping out to your local supermarket or coffee shop. Many wealthy individuals don’t really wear high value watches everyday, they save them for special occasion. Wealthy individuals have no need to show-off, they have all they need by way of looking at their bank balance or property portfolio or high value vehicles parked in their garage/s!
@@SISTIC1 There’s definitely no perfect country but certainly better options available. If you have a large house in the UK that alone puts you at huge risk.
Ah wanting to be safe is also bad now 😂 its not about wearing the expensive watch, but the fact that anything that makes you look wealthy can put you in danger and that people are unsafe. The answer to that is absolutely not “don’t wear/ use expensive stuff”
We are not millionaires, but we sold up everything and escaped from the 'YUK' in 2003 to live the dream in Cyprus. And the best thing we ever did in our lives. I pay peanuts in Income tax, Council tax €170 a YEAR, Water rate €100 a YEAR, Excellent state medical care, and we can afford private care as well. We can see a doctor/dentist in the same week ! No hospital waiting lists ! and many other good things as well. Although it's far too hot in June, July, August but I guess nowhere is perfect. And we can always go back to the UK for 3 months like some do to escape the heat. From a happy UK tax exile. 😎
I’ve just got back from two weeks in Protarus. The days were unbearably hot. I love to run and I could hardly walk with the heat. That being said the nights were cool and breezy. How people work there in summer is beyond me. I’m in Spain and not as hot.
Since Easter this year(2024) I have had 16 clients leave the UK for pastures new. One of my wealthiest clients headed for Monaco, luckily he hadn't sold his houses here he returned after three weeks, eek! His accountants are at their wits end with him. The others fled to Dubai and Malta and Cyprus and Mexico.
Invest in the financial markets before retiring by diversifying across assets, allocating a small portion of your portfolio, staying updated on market trends, and considering long-term holding to balance risk and growth.
I feel sympathy for our country, low income people are now suffering to survive yet inflation and recession keep increasing daily, many families can't even enhance the good cost of living anymore. You've helped me a lot Sir Brian! Imagine I invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.
I live in a market town in Lincolnshire with free grammer schools, just two hours from London. Houses cost less and it is a safe place to do business. Just move out of South East of England !
We moved to Lincolnshire from down south 1999-2003 and loved it...but the cold wet and windy weather nearly killed us ! I remember coming back from Hemswell car boot on 2nd July 2002 and switched our central heating on because it was so cold ! So we decided to emigrate to Cyprus and never regretted it.
If I was young and i was creating wealth in business i would not be in the UK The Tories have done me no favors and i suspect that Labour will kick me too But I will not leave the UK because i love the UK a lot of the things you have mentioned are London and SE centric I have just purchased a Farm in the NE and its stunning low crime fantastic places to visit castles history on my door step But best of luck to anyone who takes your advice The Grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence
Learn from Tori Towey, viciously attacked by her husband and what do the Dubai authorities do? Throw her in jail, only for the Irish Govts prompt intervention god knows what else would have happened her. Dubai is best avoided esp if you are female.
Let’s say your company brings in 350k with basically nil expenses - take 50k - what then could be done with 300k within the company (let’s say it’s a service business and there wouldn’t be any requirement to invest in the business)
Imagine now having multiple holding companies, overseen by one large holding company, and you pay yourself as that manager .. no way uncle Sam getting his piece..
Great video as always Joshua, so with a holding company can I have spv per BTL and have flip company too? I'd heard some lenders don't like to lend if companies have btl & flip SIC codes in same business, I'm keen to set up for BTL & flip but want ti get it right, thanks Carl
Hey i am interested in working with yourself. I currently work full-time in the UK. And planning to start my consultancy company and register myself as a Data Analyst. So, nothing is set on the companies house yet. When i click on the link and attempt to book a call, i am asked about my company's name and revenue. Do you not work with individuals like me who are in the process of starting a company? I am looking to start the company after planning the best/most tax efficient route, and as an Arabic speaker, move to Dubai is an idea circulating in my head. I look forward to your reply Josh :) Thank you!
Can you introduce alphabet shares at a later date? I appreciate it’s not as efficient because some of the capital growth is already in the main shares. It’s a pain to get lending with alphabet shares. TMW even insists all shareholders are directors.
@@JoshuaTharbyyou can’t move assets and dividends tax free between subsidiaries, the holding company needs to lend to subs under arms length policies too. You can use losses from one sub to offset profits/taxes of another. Theres rules in place to prevent that.
