@@azbdizzy4176imo strategist is a waste of precious points. Boosting visits isn’t a good as the elite recruiting perks which boosts all kinds of recruiting stuff not just visits. Learning dev trait is not that great since by that point you have already spent so many recruiting hours on the player you want to sign them regardless of their dev trait
