Recipe under 20 min 😋 Ingredients: - Olive oil - 2 garlic cloves - 1 shallot - Fresh basil - Salt & oregano - 250g cherry tomatoes - 300g tomato passata - 500g cooked gnocchi - Ricotta Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the garlic, shallot and sauté until the onion is translucent. Then add in the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and fry for another 3-5 minutes or until the tomatoes start to burst open. Add in the tomato paste and bring to a boil, then lower the heat. Add in your cooked gnocchi and a splash of water and stir until everything is evenly covered in the tomato sauce. If the sauce is too thick you can add more passata or water. Time to cook ⏱ 1) Heat a large skillet over medium heat 2) Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, pour milk mixture into the well and use a tablespoon to stir until you no longer see clumps of flour 3) Use a 1/4-cup measuring cup to spoon batter onto the skillet. Gently spread the batter into a 4-inch circle 4) When edges look dry, and bubbles start to appear and pop on the top surfaces of the pancake, turn over. This takes about 2 minutes.
