I found out why my brakes were sometimes snatching. The two screws on the front of brake disk hub were very loose. I screwed them back. Will I need loctite? The disks look new so might just be a mistake.
It is an excellent video, but I must mention that the pad spring retainers were fitted upside down prior to dismantling, and were replaced in the same way. 0.29 secs in this cane be clearly seen. The round hole in the retainer should be at the bottom of the calliper according to Brembo schematic for this unit.
