I have North Face Hedgehog Fastpack GTX but they are no longer available (I got mine at Marshalls, which I was so lucky to find). I would suggest: Merrel. I think their shoes are awesome. Head over to REI and try some on. Just make sure you have good traction and that they are waterproof. Hopefully that helps. Best of luck on your hike! Don't forget to get good hiking socks, like smart wool or wool (or a mix of wool). As long as it's quick dry so your feet don't stay wet.
