@@Acromag That being said that it's a demo board, If a customer is watching the video they do not know it's a DEMO board or not. . Proper ESD standards should be used regardless if it's a demo or not. Lets say I purchased a unit from you and watched the video instead of reading the instructions, I may have just blown my board, or compromised it's function. Acromag being IPC certified, should inform that it's a DEMO board and state that ESD protocols should be observed in the video

Hi J, Per Modbus TCP/IP Standards - 100 meters is the maximum Ethernet cable length. But if you then place a switch, you can go for another 100 meters. There is no theoretical limit, only a practical and financial limit. You could use fiber to go longer distances more easily. Thanks!

I have a usb microphone that i connect to my 13" macbook pro laptop. will this acromag usb isolator eliminate the humming thats caught in every recording? Ive done a large amount of troubleshooting and I'm pretty sure the sound is from lack of grounding.
