Look at rugby another contact sport less pads but rocking gum shields (mouth guards) and the occasional skull cap. Small items but save lives ultimately. Also grumble grumble tackle technique and strict contact laws grumble grumble
As someone who has studied brain damage, your brain gets damaged just by being jostled in your skull. When that happens, it doesn't really matter that you're wearing a helmet. There are HARSH protrusions of bones right where your brain sits and it will bounce on those. It's fucking brutal. Football needs to be either completely changed or just banned.
The thing is guardian caps results have been inconclusive so far. You will not find the NFL saying they will reduce confusions. Tua if he does play again will wear one but the reality is it most likely won't matter for his next concussion. I'm not sure this is based. It might be in the future but for now, not known.
Just because he's a good actor, doesn't make him a good person. But like Rae said he could have just been having a crap day or was frustrated. The point of this is she just said what she personally saw, which is more proof than what people who are trash talking her have.
I think we should get rid of helmets. I’m not trying to be edgy or whatever, but if you get rid of helmets head clashing would stop for the most part. The problem isn’t the skull but the jelly inside of it. This might be a terrible take, I don’t know what experts think.
I feel like people would be head butting or just you know, random shit happening like being tackled out of bounds and end up hitting your head on a bench or some other object.
There was a time when helmets were nothing but a piece of leather, and players were certainly not safer back then. So yeah, that sounds like a terrible take to me.
An even wilder take, that i think actually has a lot of truth to it, is if football was taught without helmets from the beginning it would make the game safer, kinda like rugby. When they dont have helmets making them feel invulnerable theyre not gonna go flying at someone elses, and technique would have more importance. But thats never gonna happen so they should just wear the guardians
Interesting take. Kinda similar to how bare knuckle boxing is safer because it decentivizes head punches which, when ungloved, have a high probability of causing hand injuries.
They've actually found that there have been more concussions since introducing helmets to football because it made people think that a helmet meant they could/were supposed to hit harder each time. Helmets are definitely useful for preventing concussions, but this idea of teaching it without FIRST might actually help them be safer down the line and seems like it's worth a shot (done properly, of course)
This was the best res fair. The three boys and their sugar momma. They tried doing this a couple more times but my grandmother and i agreed that this first one was absolutely bussin
They probably want to draw more people in than just the people in the Minecraft community. Valkyrae is known for more than just playing that on single game and can get people that wouldn't normally go see the movie to go see the movie. If you think that Hollywood cares about the game or its community over making more money, then you need to wake up and see it's just about corporate greed, they want the money.
I think you might be right. A big chunk of the NFL fan base, at least in the US, seems to be rather conservative and afraid that too much change makes the game and players look weak or something. Slowly introducing them, step by step, until nobody cares anymore seems to be the way to bring the caps in.
@@God_Is_An_Atheist did you see all the pathetic men in the comments of the NFLs ig post about it throwing a fit about grown men choosing safety and being able to talk to there grandkids
You guys have no consideration for actors. Maybe it was a long day shoot maybe it was a shot that he finally got right and somebody on site jacked it up after many many takes read the whole situation just don’t blurt out stuff cause you Read a situation that most likely you don’t know the whole thing
Not really an excuse though. I work in restaurants the week, and in accounting during the week so let me tell you i have long ass days with frustrating moment. I still don't transfer that onto innocent people
Sometimes these sorts of movies just get cameos from online celebrities. For example, the people from Smosh voiced characters in the Angry Birds movie for some reason
Apparently Momoa is also a producer of the film according to IMDB so I’m guessing he was trying to flex that title on the crew and insisting they were doing something wrong
Lol these actors are the biggest hypocrite ever always as been and always will be, you have to be so narcissist and egocentric to become that lvl of actors
Lets not generalize, there are some great actors who don't really care to be "stars" and really just love to craft of acting, a lot of them have traditional theater backgrounds. Chadwick Boseman and Pedro Pascal come to mind, both have practically flawless reputations, are seriously talented actors, and worked their asses off to get to where they are today. A lot of actors are egocentric narcissists, but that is the entertainment industry in general, even streaming falls under that umbrella, to some degree you need some sort of delusion to make it where millions of others fail, if you were entirely logical, you probably wouldn't even try your hand at becoming a successful A-List actor. Still, we can't generalize, as I have said earlier, it isn't fair to actors who don't behave in such a manner.
For 1 no one knows what the crew did? How does she even know he was actually mad at the crew and him being a known jokester was being funny? If he was mad how many times did the crew get things wrong? If its a few yeah i would get mad too bc u have to keep doing repetitive words and fake emotions over and over bc someone else is getting it wrong, most of all its the crew and not the actors so thats a factor too. Just bc theyre crew doesnt mean a damn thing, they been through this shit before so they should know but will still continuously screw things up so they deserve the same consequences, if actors screw up procedures and directors do the same thing and yell at them. Thats how business works.
Jason is a horrible actor who just gets paid for his looks. He acts like he's top shit but he sucks ass. And yes I've met him twice. He came in to whole foods where i worked and was kinda rude to everyone (he was there to release his new vodka, not shopping) and he came in to my buddies hockey shop often. Where he talked about himself a lot
