Man I remember this game because I was fascinated with his shooting ability! I was always a fan of shooters, I wish we had more access to national games back then.
This is an example on why you can’t assume players from past eras couldn’t hang today. Sometimes, the league just isn’t ready or hasn’t evolved yet…. He’s every bit or more as talented as Steph curry, but no coach was ready to start having their PG Jack 9 3s a game. The rules didn’t cater to the perimeter game yet. Pace was slower etc…. But it’s clear as day, he coulda dominated in todays game and he come along later.
This is proof that jordan is not the 🐐. It's just BS to sell more shoes. My best NBA starting 5: C wilt 🐐 PF hakeem 🚀 SF bird ☘️ SG reggie lewis ☘️ PG abdul rauf 🏔️⛏️
I saw him at wavy gravy's festival back in early 2000s and he did a cover of star spangled, now I dont subscribe the imperial anthem in any way, but the way he performed it as if Jimmi hendrix had morphed out of him gave so much chills to the crowd that people where looking around as if Jimmi himself was on stage, absolutely one of the most amazing things I've seen out of thousand of shows I have sought out.
I'm here after watching Mahmound documentary "Stand". The documentary really narrated how great he was and how he was blacked ball by the NBA.I think he was a cross between Allen Iverson and Steph Curry but better version of them. He was quick and athletic like AI and could flat-out shoot it like Steph. He should have been a HOF. You cannot deny his NBA stats. You cannot look at his high school and college career and not consider him to be one of the greatest point guards.
When he was a freshman at LSU, he was so good that everyone at the park used to argue about who was better, Chris Jackson (Abdul-Rauf) or Michael Jordan? That's how good he was.
So the 90s were so tough and LeBron wouldn't last a game there . They can't handle pick and roll . If Steph played in the he will the same thing he's doing now .
