For power boats your basic stock design bass boat by any manufacturer (Ranger, Tracker, etc) is the most wheelchair accessible boat for people that are non ambulatory. For small craft kayaks are great. A bass boat is a flat deck carpeted fishing platform that a non ambulatory wheelchair user can easily transfer from their wheelchair onto the carpeted deck and then get into a nice comfy plush drivers seat with a high back and arm rests for securing the person. To fish....you simply transfer into the same type of seat with a high back and arm rest that swivels 360 degrees either in the stern or bow pick which one you want to fish from.

Needing help early yes...i went on a diet was overweight at the time got refeeding when i tried to eat more weight bottomed out then felt unwell now ive lower bmi and now my bmi is very low body fat 8 percent as a female 10 max. If I waited longer to say id trouble with eating id have died. Im now increasing my calories at home and then gaining back the lost fat but no time to waste. 2-3 more months definate organ failure.
If there was a college in my area with a sensory room I would probably go there. College seems so scary and daunting and to have a fun room to go when I feel overstimulated would be awesome.
