I Bought A Swastica ESS 4000 .On 1st August 24 from a Pune Based Dealer. Unfortunately ,after installation we found that it would discharge in 5 minutes and recharge for only 5 minutes So it was left for charge overnight. Now ,it discharges completely in one hour 30 minutes with 400 watts load. And it then charges for only one hour and 30 minutes. Also does not automatically changeover when the Mains fail. Contacted the Company and Dealer with the information. Both Company and Dealer say that they will rectify the machine as soon as a Dongal is available . No time limit has been set for the rectification. I call them everyday.But still put on Hold. Meanwhile suffering the agony of waiting.
