I am making this banana bread for the third time right now and it is without a doubt the best banana bread I have ever eaten and thank you so much for this recipe OMG it's absolutely phenomenal and I have never ever heard of almond flour before until I made this stuff and it's just the best ever.
Honestly, I’ve tried a number of banana bread recipes and this one is BY FAR the best. The measurements made two loaves, one of them I added chocolate chips to. Game changer. Both were delicious. Must try

👏 Excellent video! I modified your recipe a bit by only using three (3) ripe bananas, along with 1.5 cups of fresh blueberries 🫐 it actually turned out quite delicious! 😄
I made this today and it’s AMAZING - thank you!!! I creamed the butter and sugars together first, added the eggs and vanilla, then incorporated the bananas then the dry ingredients. I did a 9x13 at 350F for 45 min. Perfect!
So glad I found this! Agree with everyone else who's tried this recipe - it's DA BEST. The bread turned out moist and delicious. On a side note, I used 3/4 of the recommended sugar amount and the sweetness level was JUST RIGHT!!!
I have made this several times now. My husband loves banana bread and this recipe is his absolute favorite. The almond extract really adds a nice taste. It is my new "go to" banana bread recipe. Thank you for sharing it.
