I owned a Shepherd's 22' with the 331 which a local competition shop bored out to 396 for me. Had it for over 30 years. "Crack O' Dawn".It breaks my heart to see all that Honduras Mahogany covered with paint. To me that's sacrilegious. Even the aft deck air intakes are painted and those are such beautiful pieces of art in varnished mahogany. Can a vessel like that be stripped to the bare mahogany and refinished? Your swim platform looks beautiful.

My grandfather had one in buzzards bay we used to take it down the canal back in 1975 never forget how awesome it was. So glad I lived in that period of time.
Back in the fifties on the St. Lawrence River where we grew up, most people had a 12 or 14' boat. Near our camp, a local doctor had this exact boat and it seemed like a yacht to us kids as it was the biggest boat around.
