I am a Filipina with a Slovak husband and Europe is currently my home.
In my channel I talk about my life living in Europe as a foreigner. And due to the recent events that shocked the world, we have decided to own a land and build our future homestead.
We will be planting and producing our own food and I will be sharing with you our learnings a long the way. Hoping to inspire you to have your own piece of heaven someday too!
Join me as we journey to build our future homestead in this beautiful country and I discover more of the landscape and amazing culture of Slovakia. 💚
Love you and your videos, but the background music on this one is too busy and a little lower volume would be better. But thank you for your excellent work and mostly very good pronunciation of the language. Other videos murder the Slovak language.
Beautiful Video ❤️ I think the pandemic has taught people the importance of multiple sources of income, unfortunately having a job does not guarantee financial security. I really appreciate the transparency and giving people a fighting chance during these difficult times.
So True! I'm into stocks Investment, Forex trading, cryptocurrency investments, Real Estate Investments and I am making good profits from them all. I always encourage Investments.
It is best to have an investment *manager* who has in-depth knowledge about investing, to help you make money on your investment on your behalf, while you will be monitoring investment growth, having 100% access to your portfolio.
Kimberly: you judge Slovakia as if it was Bratislava only :) Bratislava is far from being typical Slovak :) Ježiško doesn not mean it is a baby :) we say for example OTEC (means father) and OTECKO (does not mean a baby farher :) means like we love the person
I can't believe that you speak such perfect Slovak! Thank you for showing beautiful Slovakia to so many viewers. The government must strive to keep it's natural beauty.
Speak in Slovak, please. Could you imagine somebody living in USA speaking in Tagalog ? Actually, after hearing first four “strange” things (which are actually not strange, but positive), I can tell that all of them are something else that “strange".
Slovak is difficult to learn for people from countries with primitive languages. Slovak language has clear rules and very specific and clear meanings. This requires great variability of expressions. English “go, went, gone” has in Slovak “ísť, idem, ideš, idú, idete, išiel, išla, išlo, išli, ideme, pôjdeme, idete, pôjdu, pôjdeme", etc. - and each has it’s specific meaning. Slovak is clear acoustically and considering meaning. So, this is, of course, difficult for primitive people like Americans or Britons.
Everybody makes potato pancakes, just a little different. Germans, Poles, Jews, ( latke) Czechs, etc. I like mine with garlic and dip the crispy pancakes in applesauce. YUM!
As!a SLovak, I am amazed to see how well you pronounce the language! But be sure to ALWAYS pronounce BRAtislava, accent on the first syllable, not 12:47 BratiSLAVA, as all the other UTUBE videos do, which makes my hair stand up!
I'm going to be near this paradise on holiday soon. I have a claustrophobia and my husband is afraid of heights. The most famous Slovak attractions are mountains and caves so I don't know what we'll do there 😅
I haaaate slovak laugage and there are soooo many exceptions 😭😭😭😭 and jeden is the correct pronunciation but jedna is used in feminine and then there is the case when there is for example trh is said like trch
