I was introduced to a great pizza in 1958 when I was 14 years old and it was love at first bite. Pizza was just coming on the scene back then. That's when Pizza Hut opened along with several of my other to be favorites.
Pizza later became an obsession with me and I learned anything and everything I could from my top ten favorite pizzerias.
I wanted to share my passion and knowledge with everyone so I published a book, How To Make The Greatest Pizza On Earth and it's available through Amazon.
