Very Impressive!! As a long time user of the Analog Rytm (owner of a MK1 from the first batch), I have to say this is one of the BEST videos I’ve seen of someone taking the AR to it’s true limit!! Funny how there is soooo much moaning about what’s wrong with the AR and endless comparisons of features and limitations of the machine, WHEN, in the right hands, it’s a just SLAYS!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for watching! In this case the tr-8 is the master clock and the td-3 the slave. You simply connect a midi cable from the tr-8 output to the td-3 input. Set the td-3 to midi mode.

Thank you so much! The only processing in pro tools is some slight eq and compression. You could also just use the rytm's on board filters and compression but for me its more precise to do it in the box.
@@AstronoizeOfficial But you imported album tracks that were already fully produced in a DAW, right? I've nothing against that as you say DJ in the title, just it seems to me that Ian may have thought you created them entirely inside the Rytm.
@@soundofmai You are correct. This is a pre-recorded mix of our own tracks with extra drum fills and effects over top using the rytm (similar to how we use it live). However, the rytm is used for basically 90% of all the percussion in the creation of each production.
