My wife and I both have one and love it; display is fantastic. Daniel, you missed a couple of other points. 1) Does not lock you out for 24 hrs if you've violated NDL, instead, it continues to update, so that you can begin diving when safe to do so. Also computes Deco requirement if you have inadvertently (or intentionally) chosen to do Deco stops.

Your DM will likely not put you in any danger. Especially if they know you are anxious or have limited dives. They always do a flow check prior on sea mounts. However, a pro tip to enjoy your dive would be to make sure you are negative buoyant and get to bottom as soon as you can so you dont drift over the reef and/or separate from group.

Hello. Not sure specifically what u r referring to but will guess. There is a lock setting that could be used as a lame vid light but suspect it is only for in a pinch use. Left unlocked it stays on for about 20sec which would be a focus light function. Thanks for watching.
Thanks Daniel seriously considering buying the peregrine after 20+ years of using a Vyper. Thanks for the underwater images as that what I most wanted to see this display. Looks lovely and clear but it's the NDL that is most important for me so did you find that easy to glance at quickly? Thank you
