Yes, they do require a permit. I had to show them my license before I was able to fly. They also advised me to not fly near any private rooms and houses thus the limited space to fly.

Savoy hotel’s location is very peaceful but its too far from stations 2 and 3(white beach). You need to ride their free shuttle which have a set schedule to get to white beach. The staff were very polite tho and the service was good. We stayed there last week (december 2023)
