Follow us on our trips and adventures, as a couple or occasionally with family. We love to cruise usually with Princess Cruises or P&O . Also we love to holiday in Croatia. Hopefully you will come along and enjoy our experiences as we have a lot planned in the future .

This is what i loved about Ventura , always wanted to go on Azura but worried it may be a bit tired by now , looks amazing just what i loved about the cruises , done nearly all the P&O fleet but always look back to this size ship.

Just loving your Cunard vlogs … you recognise that QM2 is very different than a cruise ship. It’s posh isn’t it? The little things that they do so well. I do hope that you get onboard this fabulous liner again. Thank you for all 3 vlogs … brilliant honest informative and at times very funny. Plus of course you both looked so elegant whether it was in the evening or during the day ( very Cunard 😉).

Just binged the latest QM vids (Olympics has impeded my youtubing!) . I loved this!! I think I have avoided looking at Cunard as people have said it's always super formal, and it's kind of put me off as not wanting to go on it as I am not a particularly formal kind of guy. But it didn't look as formal as I was expecting from this? how did you find it? as always vids are great! thanks for producing! 🙂
Hi Senseicads , yes sometimes there are more exciting things to watch.😂 🤣. We had the same thoughts, would it be too formal and stuffy. But we found it really was just normal people having fun . They dressed smart at dinner but not over the top . It was definitely an older demographic , and some just go on for the ballroom dancing. We would definitely try another one . Hi Guys , 🤣😂 cool dudes , we bought it from new in 2016 . We have had a lot of work done on it and spent a small fortune. We do quite a few car shows but we don’t know the Headcorn show , sounds impressive. We drive down to Southend , park up for 3 hours , which is a fortune. Walk from one end to the other , chip butty , coffee, then an ice cream , then drive to the pub . Glad you liked the car , you certainly can’t miss it 😂 thanks very much for watching guys . XX❤️❤️👋👋

Evening Mandy , no we didn't see the Bibby Stockholm .. well it may well have been right in front of us but we didn't notice it . Shame because I would have liked to get Pearl a cabin onboard .😂😂. Yes we were on strike for 9 weeks and had to try and earn some money , so that was my one and only time as Mr Brian 😂. My tip is always try and book Mid Ship or Back of Ship never the front if sailing Bay of Biscay. My family was sick on last 2 days of Princess Cruises.
Our tip as well, that is where we always try and book . It really can be quite debilitating once you have that feeling of motion sickness. I really do sympathise with your family.
Exactly, we were just on a mini cruise to Amsterdam with our Grandkids. Most of the Hot tubs were full of teenagers who occupied them for ages . Or small children who used them to play in . We must be getting old 😂🤣
The Madeira Cable Car queues were horrendous in June 2024 we gave up. Best to book with Cruise early. Pearl's screams down that ride were OTC. We did HOHO bus and were amazed at the amount of Banana Plants around the Island of Madeira. Might as well have played THRILLER at the end.
Hi Tim , we did book that excursion very early on , we realise it’s the thing to do in Madeira. Our problem was all the other cruise ships in port had beat us up to the top . Fun experience though and the Cable car was brilliant. We are going back in March but this time we will try and see more of the island, and those Bananas 😂

Hi guys Can't believe it's the last one of this series 😢. I do like the curved walls and doors in the cabin compared to other ships. Makes a change, and the blue of the cushions . I did wonder at first why you weren't getting off the ship in Portland, but after you explained later in vlog it makes sense plus only being on the ship for 3 days you need to get your money's worth out of ship lol 😆. Breakfast looked lovely 😍 and you're right, Brian . Pearl doesn't need any of that beauty treatment on board as she is very beautiful, but I'm curious to know if you both ever do any of the classes and things that are advertised on the others' ships ?. I did also like the sun loungers blue again 💙 my favourite colour . They looked very comfortable and regal . James noticed that you do like an apple pie with custard 🍮 he would notice as it's his favourite as well 😉 or maybe a crumble first, lol 😆. Also, while we are on the subject of food, I think I vaguely remember having a misshapen lolly back in the 70s from a Mr Brian 😉 as a 7 year old that gave me a bellyache , been looking for compensation ever since 😀 glad I found you😅😅😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👍. Also, Pearl, I think you should be upgraded to Empress now instead of Princess 👸 😉. The ships entertainment didn't have the fun feel of the other ships you have been on ,you both were the best dancers, by the way . I'm glad you both enjoyed yourselves on Queen Mary 2 . Hi Amanda , the cabins were very nice and for their age they had been well looked after . Could do with a modern shower cubicle. We really enjoyed the food onboard, we thought it was a better standard than P&O in our opinion. Not really into doing any classes , unless there is wine tasting 🥂🤣 . I have climbed the wall on the Caribbean ships before, and did the aerial walk on Arvia . Sun lounges were very comfortable with the nice thick padding. James obviously has great taste , I love most desserts with custard, has to be hot custard and not too thick and lumpy like it was at school.😫. So you have finally tracked us down, we will have to settle out of court I’m afraid , we have spent our money on cruises.🚢 😂. Empress 😱 she would be totally unbearable 😫. Thanks Amanda and James we had a brilliant few days , and although it was different to what we usually do we would certainly book another. What a great experience it was , shame they wouldn’t let me take a camera on the zip line . Strange isn’t it , people like to see what’s on the menu , and what you choose for your meal. Love this chapter. Brian's lunchtime dessert around 6 minutes resembles the Blob Movie. Our family always never dine last evening in the Main Restaurant as we have to give tips. Tight I know LOL. Pearl cracks me up when she commented upon your size again at around 29 minutes.

Shez went to the loo with mic on, and as I filmed outside scenes , her mic kicks in on record and picked up her sounds from the toilet...😮 .........Waiting for your next fun adventure. 😜

P&O Is definitely good value for money , but we just wanted to experience something different . But we are back on Arvia soon for two weeks around the Mediterranean . I would love an honest opinion of the Restaurant Food there. I thought it was 6/10, presentation mainly. Quality has dropped significantly as profits come first sadly.
Afternoon Tim , I have to say that out of the 4 cruise lines that we have sailed on , P&O , Royal Caribbean , Princess , Cunard , P&O would rank bottom . That's not to say that the food is bad , its just not up to the quality of the others in our opinion .We have spoke to people onboard P&O ships and they have said the food is awful ,we would have to disagree with that statement . But we have spoke to passengers who have sailed with P&O for a number of years and they have said they can really notice the changes as more and more cutbacks are made.
