This company is a complete rip-off and scam! I've been trying for over four years to get a refund for a flight that cost me over $4,000 for my family during the COVID pandemic. Instead of refunding me, they issued CashPoints without my consent, then shut down the route between the USA and Europe. Their only response was to suggest I use the points for my family in Europe. To make matters worse, they closed my case, wiped out my CashPoints, and never even notified me. When I finally reached out to them by email, after struggling to get in contact, their response was, "Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the expiration date of your CashPoints any further. This year, the management team concluded that customers would not be notified, as CashPoints had already been extended twice." Now, they’re acting like it's my fault. This company is truly the biggest scam!

This company has been extremely disappointing. After they canceled the route between the USA and Europe, they refused to refund my $4,000 in tickets and closed my case without proper communication. I would never recommend this airline and will not be trusting them again.

I was in a long-distance relationship between Copenhagen and New York and used to take the Dreamliner every other Friday from CPH to JFK. Getting on board and hearing this was the most exciting thing, burned into my heart and brain, because in 7 hours I was going to see my love again. I always sat in the premium cabin up the front, got to know some of the crew because I flew so often, and met many cool people. Once I was so sad about a fight that I was literally crying, and one of the crew palmed me a hand-written note saying she hoped everything was okay and it would work out in the end. Chasing the endless sunset across the spectacular Greenlandic ice flows was always spectacular. Even in Premium the food was still a sandwich in a box, but there was unlimited alcohol on demand from the touchscreen, and you didn’t care because it was like a little party up at the front all the way to JFK. Miss the Norwegian dreamliner. Good times.
