It takes a certain kind of person to step out an aircraft at 15,000ft into thin air. It takes courage. Expect sensory overload as your mind/soul/body fight against every natural self preservatory urge, as YOU STEP OUT THAT AIRCRAFT DOOR AND FOR SOME 60 SECONDS PLUMMET TOWARDS THE GROUND AT 200KPH. Terminal Velocity.
The impact on your life that the act you are now contemplating will have can not be overstated. The personal challenge is immense. Immense, because the only thing preventing you from enjoying this, one of the most primal life shaping experiences, is your own mind.
I did this in 2004 man did I looove it NZONE is the safest and best in the whole world and NZ is paradise no doubt Can't wait till I get a chance to do it all over again
Queenstown's ski slopes have some good fresh snow this week. Make sure you make room to skydive in your ski trip activity list! What do you think of the view?
Is it possible to jump solo if it's your first time? I hear that you can if you take a specific class or something? Great Video and i can't wait to do it!
Hi Adam, Sorry i just saw your comment in a spam folder! It's not possible to just solo on your first time if you choose a tandem skydive. We do run an XLR8 Learn to Skydive course where there is some ground training first and then the first jump is solo but with a qualified AFF instructor on each side of you. Find out all the details of the XLR8 course here: www.nzoneskydive.co.nz/learn-to-skydive and any other questions should be answered here: www.nzoneskydive.co.nz/learn-to-skydive/learn-to-skydive-faqs. When you're in Queenstown and you want to book a slot, you can call us or email on xlr8@nzoneskydive.co.nz. Cheers!
