its all vita supposely, up to 30% are allow in order to cover stated dex that u had for another matchup in a tournament where u cannot token for exemple, but no saying u can 30%, its basicly something that some player abuse and that may be fix in near future, it was flexibility to help to not token everytime rather than mid/maxing. The top 5 nec who ever played D2R always use same conventionnal gear with 9% block or so

@@Diablo2Arena LOL "max block = biting" NUMBER ONE BULLSHIT , for the 12-6 elbow is kind of ok compereson but its not the ufc that doesent allow it , its the comision and its stupupid. Max block is perfectly ok , you sacrifice a lot of things to get it (fcr , stat poinst etc.)

Unless you want to create a loophole where no one Can win with match going 5-0 then 0-5 without ending. If u r looking on organizing events i Can teach you...

hello its indeed very hard for a non experimented eye to understand whats going in, its one of the most nervous game with the ability to spam 2 to 10 action per second, same goes for game like gunz where its hard to understand whats competitive. I dont know if u are trolling me or being serious, but if its the second option id be glad to eventually make an explaination video or so
