None of the nurses changed my wound dressing by applying anything, much less saline. There’s not 15-30 minutes for them to wait, so what happens? Well, they tear away the adhesive and -of course the sponge will be stuck, you’re dealing with a bleeding wound- then they PEEL the sponge out and off of your wound! I assure you the sponge doesn’t slide off the wound like the demonstration! Well, this hurts like h*ll. I screamed. They were upset that I screamed. This was a very bad experience for the entirety of my healing for this wound., about 5 months…
