how can we remove out of box sidebar icons from agent workspace example: calendar, its not required anymore and am not able to find its macroponent. to remove from the sidebar, please let me know if you have any insights on that.
How would I go about to add additional approvers on RITM? The customer wants an Add or Edit option on the Approvers related list in SOW. I tried a few things but cannot get it to work

Thanks for sharing the video. Very useful indeed. However, I have come across an interesting scenario in which I have added a couple of "List Model" Declarative Actions to the GRC Task Workspace. Initially I was targeting the sn_grc_issue table but when I could not get the UI action(s) to appear, I made it into a Global action which would unexplainably appear only on global tables such as Approvals, Surveys etc, however scoped tables would not display it at all... Is additional configuration required to get declarative UI actions working on scoped tables ? Many thanks..
