For the recodings I'm currently using a Canon Legria HF GX10 but previously I owned a Canon HF G30 and a M46, all fitted with Canon DM100 microphones. My very first camcorder was a Canon FS100. In 2016 I started a new project in order to record cars with a 3D binaural microphone, Soundman OKM II Studio, which I now upgraded to a 3Dio Free Space microphone.

Idk what it is whether it is a driving style, setup thing, or just the aerodynamics of these cars. But idk it just looks like the car is understeering a whole lot in the last two corners especially. Maybe it's just me too idk if anyone else feels this way.
1600bhp from 8 litres and 4 turbos. Impressive. Or is it? You see in the late 1940's (aka 70 years ago 😮) a company called BRM made a 16 cylinder engine too. Of a mere 1.5 litre displacement. Garnished with a single WW2 Spitfire supercharger. It made 600bhp in a car weighing as much as an old mini and span its wheels in the dry in 5th gear. It also sounds 1000x better than this car!!
I love how the oldest, slowest cars look the fastest. I wish modern motorsport wasn't so "on rails" because it's kinda boring to watch compared to vintage racing like you see at Goodwood.
