Videos of doing things around the farmstead. From making alcohol , woodworking projects and tips i use around the farm. Ill probably do reviews on stuff i use too.
I found if you pop off those black flat bars held on by clips and remove that gray plastic cover its 2 bolts then remove the adjustment nuts for that U bar on the deck it allows the whole deck to slide back then use a pry bar to pull the deck forward enuff to guide the adjustment bar through the holes and reconnect the nuts
Hmmm, not thought about blending the tomatoes... I just slice mine and pack them tight in the tray... then if I want powder I just run them through the blender on the back end. I have also used parchment and ran a second layer of tomatoes on a tray. I have also ran sliced tomatoes thru a salad spinner about 3 times and gets out a lot of the water - they pack my trays and run the cycle... Seems like it might be less mess and work - however, you might get more actual "meat" - not sure...
@@chickenhawkfarmstead8478I have seen it happen. My dad was cutting something on a metal saw horse. I warned him, he said he wasn’t going to, and three seconds later there was a load metal on metal sound plus sparks. I said I warned him and my dad told me to shut up.
Psh I did this shit last year and my Diablo blade didn’t even notice. Saw horse still works fine I suppose, shit happens when you hit hour 12 in the work day lol
Hey man, just had to leave a comment to say your video was the only one I could find on RU-vid that actually explains how to thread the belt on properly, you saved my ass from potentially screwing the installation up on my own. This video truly helped me out big time. I just wanted to say thank you and I hope your end of summer/ early fall has been treating you and your loved ones well ❤
Fun hobby. It would be an interest project to see how efficient you can make the process. Some ideas: ☆An aluminum pre-shredder. ☆A waste heat pre-heater. ☆ a continuous slab caster. ☆ a gravity material feed hopper. Disregard the haters. If youre having fun, you're doing it right!
It's a hobby not a money-making thing for me. And a propane taken is less them $30 to refill. It's fun to do and I make alittle money off the videos from RU-vid and Amazon affiliate sells so it all evens out. In the future I plan on using the Ingots for doing more sand casting of things I 3d print.
Not that I know of, but I'll remelt it and get more aluminum out of it. That why I have been keeping it for now. And I guess you can scrap it as regular junk metal.
Cans suck ballz! Not worth the effort. Smash up an old transmission if you want decent quality metal. Remember, cast to cast. Never extruded to cast. They are not the same materials. I won't even melt down copper pipe anymore! That stuff goes straight to the scrap man for cash.
It's all for fun. We all have hobbies. I use the aluminum for sand casting thing I print with my 3d printer. As of right now I got more cans laying around then old transmissions lol. I been Practicing with the aluminum making cast coins and want to start making copper coins. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-oL9T9laZLiw.htmlsi=EHYZIUqa0fbN7BT0
Your welcome and just a heads up o just changed the battery again in the same key last week. So around about 9years the battery lasted. Not to bad In my opinion.
Great hobby you have there. I watch I think he is called Big Stacker or something like that. New Zealand guy. Keep saving your ingots, soon you could cash in and buy silver bars. Looks like 55-60 lbs of aluminum will get you a 1oz silver bar.
@@chickenhawkfarmstead8478 NO scrapyard with half a brain cell will give you one red cent for a block of aluminum. They have no way to verify it doesn't have a lead fishing sinker in there. Making silicon bronze for the art world is the way to make a buck here in the states. Again, I won't even make my own! I buy CMX bronze, it comes with the most important thing.. A RECEIPT!
I have to put a pice of cardboard behind the first battery I got it wasn't long enough to touch the metal plats to get power. I got an rechargeable battery and it's a little bigger
@@chickenhawkfarmstead8478 here is whats really weird I went and got the battery made by the manufacturer and it fired right up almost makes be think they chip their battery
few extra bucks, And Got me a Nortrac 15hp towable complete package. bucket rock grabber and the tooth trencher. I'm impressed with it. way more than what people think they are. I'm haooy with my buy.
LOL... really enjoyed the full video. Shame the ramp idea didn't work. Do enjoy a realistic Fail video though. Lucky you didn't spear the tailgate there.
Did you not bother to read the load weight on that particular piece of equipment you were using that's probably why I meant because that tractor is too heavy for that particular aluminum
Yeap I read it. The tractor is less then 3000 and I was hoping that all the weight would be on them at the same time. But it made for a good video and I didn't have any other uses for them.
Great review you just convinced me to buy one ( tool only) I only have Porter cable 20 V batteries so I'm gonna buy the adapter that fits the Bauer platform. Can't wait to try it out thank you.
Get the 2-year warranty. My first one had problems after about a year. Mostly, my fault iam gussing I did drop is some and did empty it when I should lol. But it's so handy. And even with the warranty it still so much less them big brands. I been thinking about geting another so I would hace one for the shop and one for the house.
Great review - I like the smaller us general and large us general. The mid us general size is awkward size if ask me. 20 is high for the large - wait for one of their dealz.
Goto TSC and get a 2" longer eye bolt. Then you can loosen the belt tensioner spring until you can hook it by hand. Use a deep well socket to put the tension back on spring.
6:34 Did you know the skin on a banana is super dirty? Think about it, how many people have handled them? Where were they stored? Either clean them or peal without touching meat, then change gloves.
I do know where they been I actually worked at a distribution center that showed bananas to the stores. I would be more worried about the gas used to on them. It's all dirty of you know about all the berries that get droped on the floor scoped back up and put back in the containers or how menny times snot driped from my nose on them then it's crazy. So yes your not wrong
