Don't buy Pure Ev Vehicles, all the batteries are having issue...I bought the pure ev Etrance neo vechile. Now battery is having issue within a year and no response from pure ev since more than 3 months. you don't get any response from pure ev and they forceyou to buy new batteries. Toll free number is only for advertisements. Today we filled FIR against Pure ev company and board members in Bangalore tilak Nagar police station along with Nugen pure ev Jayanager dealer & 325 customers. Pure ev is one of the worst and cheating electric vehicle company. I am one of effected customer. Contact me for more information. Poor service quality, whatever the issue you take to dealership agent, they will always tell you, yes sir it is like this only no problem, they will never resolve your issue. 4. Back wheel makes noise whenever I apply the break. 5. Cutting made to place the battery inside boot space looks like handmade using some Excel blade looks so cheap. 6. Front storage box is so weak I feel like within 1 year It will also start making noise on bumpy roads. 7. Company logo "pure EV 7G" is pasted using double side, which feels so cheap. 8. Battery holding box paint qualitiy is so cheap. 9. Because of the shaking of battery inside vehicle. Outer layer of battery peels off & catches rust easily. 10. We Need to press the seat very hard to lock it only a strong man can strong man can lock the seat for women children's and ladies senior citizens it is difficult to lock the sheet (not difficult its impossible) 11.
