Looks good but please keep the hair in the same style for the after pictures. We want to see what possible scaring looks like at the hair line after the procedure, no matter what amount of time frame has passed.
My comment is directed not at the doctor but the company in general. “Laser coring” seems like very innovative marketing for what fractional co2 laser has been doing for 2 decades. Creating micro columns of ablated tissue. Ultrapulse scaarfx can drill 4 mm deep so I don’t see what is unique this ultraclear. They are just trying to ride the coring fad when reality is this doesn’t even core. The ellacor system has a vaccumn that sucks out the cores tissue. Does this have a vacuum? It’s not really coring very misleading from the manufacturer
After doing laser for more than 7-8 years, and watching millions of videos this is the first time I understood what's a fractional laser. Hats off to you doctor.
I would literally do anything in the world to get my neck skin lifted. I hate it so much but I don’t have that amount of money in the bank. I’m trying to see if there’s anyway I can learn to do it and do it on myself in the mirror. See how crazy that is? That’s how bad I want this done! Dr. What about the mandibular nerve branches? What is the common or average depth of those nerves and how much of a concern is this during RF microneedling?
So you completely disregarded the patient's wish and did what YOU wanted. She TOLD YOU she wanted the flat appearance and you totally blew her off to do the complete opposite. When she comes back and is unhappy with the result, you will say, "But it looks good". Just know that in that moment, she will shut down and walk out and you will not waste one moment of time wondering what in the world could have made her unhappy with such a 'successful" surgery. This video is a perfect example of how women have no bodily autonomy or trust of doctors. And people wonder why women go through absolute hell in the medical system. It is simple, doctors like you DO NOT LISTEN.
since the under lying musculature is not left, mainly lifted with skin, as opposed to to a deep plane facelift. Hold long will this lifted procedure last ? before another one is needed?
She doesn't look late 40s at all even with lip filler, which in my opinion makes people look older. Apart from the fillers, I think she is doing all the right things when it comes to soft ageing!
This ALL depends on the person physiology. Many people's issue is just subcutaneous fat with some minor skin looseness, then they have weak platysma or considerable deep fat, for them liposuction will do wonder as it will remove the fat and tighten up the skin. For a lot of people, it won't be enough, especially over 50 years old.
