I believe enhancer or silencer sites are located outside a gene, they can be proximal control elements (close to the promoter), or distal (further away from a promoter).
Thank you for the video! I was diagnosed with contusion in my forearm, it has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a bruise yet, how log will it take for the bruise to appear if it is delayed?
A - Airway If there’s any tracheal shift (trachea is usually at midline or a little towards right) main bronchi and level of carina (T4/T5) B - Breathing - Bones Position of the Clavicles and look for the Lung fields C - Cardio Cardiac borders ( the diffused, unclear borders are suggestive of a pathology in the surrounding lung fields - Right border corresponds with right middle lobe where as left corresponds with left lingular lobe) D - Diaphragm Level of diaphragm , gas above or below ? If the Costophrenic angles are sharp ? E - Extra Other things like aortic knuckle, vertebral column, ribs e.t.c
