It’s interesting that the dock has an expansion or an SSD. Like when you think about the fact that you’re buying a handheld which you want to be portable, you would use the SD slot in it to expand it. Yet the dock has an SSD. So technically if you’ve expanded, your game collection on the SSD that goes in the dock you would never be able to play those games on the handheld other than if it’s on the dock. That’s a little odd. Still great that you can expand, but I’m surprised there’s not like an SD card reader in it
@@Joshua05005 Probably not. I think they're just gonna release important trailers independently, kinda like they did for Zelda. If there was gonna be a September direct, they wouldn't have dropped such big trailers on their own. We could possibly be getting a hardware reveal this month though!
Retro game corps guide said that you need to remap all your controls when you dock the Odin 2 and then remap them again when you unplug it. Has that been your experience?
Thanks for the short review, but I am a bit dissapointed as I expected a more in depth review. Does this dock solve the controller problems on the Odin 2? Is the controller detected automatically as the Main Controller in all emulators? Or are some emulators still automatically using the console as controller and you need to manually set it up every time? So many question Odin 2 owners have that we would appreciate
Wow I searched deep and you are the only one to review this rock. Thank you. And yes please make a detailed review on the setup of GameCube multiplayer games
@@ShotokanEditor It’s not displaying anything and I tried a bunch of things.I reached out to ayntec so hopefully I’ll get a replacement. Appreciate the response.
@@ThatGuyDrew7 I connected mine to a normal charger(1amp) and it wasnt working too tbh. I used a bigger 3amps to be safe and it worked. Most likely if its defective they will replace it
