You can't train him to be what you want him to be, you have to work with his nature - he can't work with yours because HE IS AN ANIMAL. Again, his behavior is not erratic. His behavior is that of a young juvenile monkey. When he shows his teeth, that is a fear grimace. When he chatters, that is submissive. DO NOT tease him or use his food as a weapon. I suspect he is very afraid that you will take his food away from him. Have you done that in anger thinking you would teach him this consequence to what you see as bad behavior? Feed David 3 MEALS a day. Not snacks, MEALS. He needs a diverse diet of fresh, raw fruits, calcium with green leafy vegetables, protein from eggs or fish or snails or prawns. Keep his diet as close to what he would eat in the wild to support digestion. Limit processed foods with added sugars and other high sugar fruits as monkeys are prone to diabetes. Make sure he has access to water at all times. He does not need dairy, and it can cause stomach upset, bloating and diarrhea. Feed him his meals on a schedule, same time every day. Make sure you give him enough food and allow him to explore his food and eat as he chooses. Never use his food as a weapon. David needs to trust that he will be fed. Right now he is nervous and agitated and worried and fearful. If you are afraid of him, then take him to a rescue shelter. That is the best solution for David.
Bibi has nothing to do with this. Bibi is the most isolated, exploited and abused monkey on RU-vid. These are WILD animals. They do not belong in a human home. ANYTHING that interferes with the natural life of a wild animal is abuse. Would you bring home a baby bear, put clothes on it, make it sit at the table, eat with utensils and force it to behave as a human child? A monkey is no different.

I agree with you @GrammaToad. I have been watching this monkey for months. They tell him he is not allowed to suck his fingers. They tell him and he will stop for no more than one second and is not corrected when he starts sucking them again. He must be so confused. They say they don't like him to be angry and aggressive and they laugh when he is. He is becoming more and more food aggressive as time passes. They feed him good enough healthy food but they also feed him way too much volume of food and too much garbage food. In addition, he drinks way too much milk. Where is plain old healthy water? He is spoiled, overweight and extremely un-exercised. Monkeys need to climb, run and swim...not hang onto someone while they shop or hang onto someone while they work in the field.
Don't play With David's food pouches, it's their natural storage, Monkeys eat very fast to avoid others from stealing their food and predators as well. Don't try to make David eat slowly like us humans, remember that he’s an ANIMAL. Erratic personality it's the humans fault,, you have allowed that little monkey to be the boss and be aggressive,,because you humans never taught him discipline or who is the boss. So now that monkey is aggressive and boss and you humans have to obliged... .
