I will not silence my voice because other women aren’t willing to accept that this happens to all of us. ⭐️Did you know that perimenopause eventually happens to all women? It may look different in everyone, but it’s bound to happen. I started perimenopause at 42, and felt extremely alone. I actually thought I was alone- but the more I talk about it, the more I hear women starting to speak out too🙌🏻 👉🏻I’ve received so many messages from women saying I need to just: ⭐️Workout ( which I do 5 x a week) ⭐️ Eat better- I can always improve there to be fair ⭐️Stop complaining (if talking about a women’s feelings is complaining well that is a whole other topic) ⭐️Drink more water 👉🏻The list goes on! If you’re in your 40s, and haven’t had any perimenopause symptoms that’s amazing. Hi Lauren. Thank you for your knowledge to share all tips. I appreciate it. I don't use foundation. It's rare when I do. I personally use it if it's a special occasion and also preference. Mind you, I'm turning 40. I only use concealer. Do I have to use foundation now if I'm color correcting? Or can I just use this method without foundation? I hope this makes sense. Thank you ❤

🌶️I remember the first time, last summer at 42, when I experienced my first hot flash. 🥵 I woke up in the middle of the night completely drenched and soaked in sweat. At first, I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t know if I was fevering or what was even happening with my body👇🏼 Before my night sweats started occurring, I had been experiencing brain fog, extreme anxiety, joint pain and mood changes. I honestly didn’t put it all together until I finally went to a functional medical doctor who told me, my estrogen was low….which is a big sign of perimenopause and can cause hot flashes. I am on HRT and that has definitely helped as well as Vitamin B12. Have you experienced hot flashes? Have done in person live events to teach makeup to women 5. Ranked as a leader and top seller in a makeup company that I believe in 6. Have appeared in numerous podcasts for my makeup tips and my perimenopause journey 7. Have worked with large cosmetics brands like ilia, maely’s, l’occitane, osea and more You’re never too “old” to go after your dreams…in fact my 40’s have been my best years yet!!
