In this scenario you have set-trips three QQQ so you win the pot. Your enemy have A 3 wich doesn't connect with any of the cards on the table. For example if you have K 10 on this board and your enemy A 3 he will win the pot because of high card (ace) And straight have to be like five consecutive cards no matter the colour So for example on board is : 7 9 J A 3 And you have 10 8 Straight is completed because now you have got 7 8 9 10 Jack.
