My 15 year old granddaughter seems to be suffering from endometriosis to the point of nausea vomiting headaches and severe cramps that occur not just when she is having her period. I want to try to introduce to her using Castrol while on sanitary napkins placing the oil in the sticky side and sticking them to the Tommy area. What are your thoughts on that.???

Ive tried delta gold and famil-e and they both seem to inhibit estradiol synthesis to the point i get a headache and painful dry joints :/. Tis a shame because side I can tell they’re super powerful
Thank-you for the information. I will try the vitamin E for my breast cysts but cannot take iodine supplements or eat seaweed as it will interfere with the medicine that I am taking for hypothyroidism.
I found this video 3 years ago when suffering from extremely painful (and nauseous) periods, and it convinced me to look at my diet. I decided to go gluten free and it COMPLETELY changed my periods- I stopped having the severe pain and being sick. 3 years later, my life is so different, and I just wanted to say thank you for this video ❤
Cystic acne is more related to testosterone then? Because my acne is always inflammatory and big cysts not small acne, and I have little bit higher the testosterone and a lot of hair 🙄 and pain the first day of my period but never irregular period
I have a cold coming on thanks to my lovely wife. As an engineer I am highly sceptical about these things however I now have hot feet, covered in hot cotton socks covered by thick wool socks. I shall update you all in the morning🤔

I despise Castor Oil. A ghastly smelling weird oil if there ever was one! Love the video!!! I also used no products (inc sunscreen) until age 40. I still dont use a conventional moisturiser and my oily skin was none the worse for it

@prettywell I know this was 5 years ago so I probably won’t get a response but doesn’t hurt to try. How do you know which supplement is working if you’re trying them all at once? How do you try one of the time like how long do you take it for before you know if it’s working because I feel like it could take one year and you would only maybe be able to try 4 supplements if you do it on a three month cycle. Are there any supplements that are combined into one any specific brand do you recommend? I didn’t see the link for the castor oil either. Thank you.
