Middle school custodian with a huge set of stairs that cannot be snow blown. I feel like we hit the nitch, and midsummer im already thinking of winter. Thanks for the info
If stairs is your main focus, depending on how wide the staircase is and how deep the snow is, the bristle brush attachment is a BEAST at getting a clean clearing on tricky or uneven surfaces. Here’s the brush going up against the power shovel so you can see the differences. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Vjk1yfd4eD4.html
"Who's got time for instructions, right?" 😆😆 I heard you say that and paused the video to come right here and post LOL (also gave you a 'Like' & subscribed!) 👍
This video shows how you should not approach this project. Either bring the floors up to the level of the block, or use a diamond blade on that grinder and cut into the block a little at the floor level and chisel it off
Should’ve tested this more accurately on time…. Poor test in my opinion. Plant the regular see when you start the pre germination process on the other seeds… then see where the difference is
Other people have commented similar things and you’re right, working on a video now that responds to those questions. Timelines aside, pre germinated seed has a way higher germination percentage meaning more of the seed will successfully grow into grass. It’ll also require less water since the first few days are spent in a bucket instead of running sprinklers constantly. No top dressing like peat moss or straw is needed when pre germinating since it sprouts so fast. Also, the seed is less susceptible to birds since they aren’t interested once it starts growing. Lots of reasons to pre germinate even if you don’t agree with the timeline and “seed to soil” starting metric I chose. 👍
My wife and i bought one each for our winter motorbike trips. I found that on the low setting it stops the chill getting through to my body so am pretty happy with it. We wear our bike jackets over the top though so that would press it against oyr bodies i suppose. Its the only heated jacket ive ever owned though so ive nothing to compare it too. We must've got them on special because we only paid $220 Australian and that included an extra battery. Great review though mate. I probably wouldn't have got it if id watched it beforehand. Oh well. It will have to do now.
Yup that’s the plan! First part is to check and see where things are at and come up with a strategy for the season. Next part would be check and verify that the strategy is ACTUALLY working. Unfortunately, it takes time to make changes so for my purposes, I think a test in the spring, then again in the fall is plenty. I’m sure the hardcore types are testing more frequently.
Great question and I’m not sure. I’d think it wouldn’t be a huge benefit because it’s my understanding that starter fert helps the growth once it’s started. I’d have to test it to know for sure though.
help please tried it twice no results did read that you should start with warm water did not right out of the hose using the right seed not coated only tryed 3 days nothing help please
I find that hard to believe but I might have to try it out. A lawn sweeper is really my preferred method for leaves, pick them up whole, then cut the grass.
Wow that is an impressive transformation. We have less weeds at our cottage than you started with so this should work great for us. $600cad now to get the razor and the roller but seems worth it
The razor will give you more bang for the buck, both great tools that I like a lot, but if I has to choose one to get the biggest impact, razor all day. Way more fun too, but the roller provides more of a work out.
You’d need a converter because your house is alternating current (AC) and battery powered stuff like this light bar is low voltage direct current (DC). So instead of connecting to a battery, you’d connect it to something like this and then you could just plug it into a household outlet amzn.to/4f2kzq9
I had my Ego Battery start going down hill at about the year and a half mark. I contacted them and they claimed I never registered it which didn’t make sense to me because I was able to get into my account but there was no purchase info. Fortunately when I buy anything of value like an $800 mower I staple the receipt inside the owners manual and put it in my filing cabinet. I made a copy of it and sent it to Ego and lost track of time,it was now winter. Spring comes around and the battery won’t last 5 minutes before it quits. I call Ego and they claim to have no record of my purchase even though I mailed it. Now I’m pissed because my battery costs $500 to replace and it’s still within the warranty period. I looked on Egos web site and found out that Ace Hardware is a service center for them. I took the battery ,charger and receipt and left it with them. 2 weeks later I get a call and Ace says the battery is toast but Egos should replace it,he’s working to get it warranted. About 2 more weeks go by and I find a heavy box on my door step. My new battery is here! Although it was a bit of an ordeal Ego followed through. I love my Ego mower and the leaf blower I bought to go with it. The leaf blower is a veritable hurricane! Way better than my old Black and Decker corded model I used to have.
Yep, this is my expectations, if I didn't have the receipt from ACES and didn't register it would disqualify me to ha e it covered. Agree want to use the product, too may emails, MOST REDICULOUS IS THE NUMBER WAS NOT O VIOUS ESSY TO FIND.
I am having a hard time finding seed without coating that will grow in the Phoenix area. The specific kind in the video isn't for hot climates. Does anyone have a recommendation of what I could try to find?
Can I give you a couple tips on how to make it easier? One, get a cheater pipe to add onto the end if it is too hard to pull. Also you can use vise grip locking pliers clamped onto the wheel or a special bead locking clamp as well to keep the tire from spinning around on you while trying to mount the top half of the tire bead under the rim lip. Hope that helps next time
Great tips indeed! Really like the vise grip on the edge of the wheel pointer. I’m actually disappointed in myself for not thinking of that on my own, haha. Thanks for sharing knowledge and adding information!
You are the “why” behind my channels existence. I’m hoping to create a resource that lasts for years and continues to help people long after the video is first published. THANK YOU for watching!
Junk equipment, my lawnmower slowly drains faster in every use. Customer service gave me the run of testing. Long story short, hire a guy to cut my lawn and 800$ down the drain on a EGO lawnmower.
Powder can be messy and somewhat hard to work with. This gel is very easy to put out AND clean up. Using bottle caps allows me to keep the product away from kids and pets during the day, and then I can put them out at night.
