It depends on what criteria you are guided by? And what do you want to get from these apartments? I didn't like Los Nietos when compared to other resort places. Weird to see the beaches with no one on them but I haven’t been over in winter before! Only in May, June, July, August, September, October and November!

@@byyoureyes Indeed... I couldn't spot much of gras lawn or flowery parks. It felt a very artificial place for tourist longing for sun and beach mostly.
Unlike the rest of the Costa Calida bordering the Mar Menor, Los Nietos over the past 20 years has just been neglected by the administrative council. Its a real shame because it could be just as nice as the neighbouring Mar de Cristal if money was spent to sort out the infrastructure.

@@Juanfernandez-sm8jl Thank you for your recommendation. I heard about it but I think it's too far from the sea for me. I'm used to walking distance here at home. Los Alcazares and La Zenia/Playa Flamenca are two areas I'm going to check out.
Looking a bit scruffy and untidy in places ,I think the residents could get out and clear it themselves with a little bit of effort ,still, a well made vid' and clear photography ,keep 'em coming .
Pueblo narcisista controlado por abogados corruptos y ursureros , amigo del alcalde , tienen banco , policias locales, guardia civiles...etc. Se dedican a arruinar familias para sus beneficios . Todos refugiados en iglesias.
I walked through that park by Hotel MASA two years ago. There was dog feaces everywhere and the stench was incredible. I see the grafitti situation hasn't improved either.
Like the video,had a place in rojalis hill about twelve years ago the town was so quiet does not seem to have changed much ,about a year after selling me and my wife both realised we had made a mistake and we still do , thanks for the memories.bill
