For applications in FGD Scrubbers Lechler offers these nozzles in flow rates from 150 l/min @ 1,0 bar to 2000 l/min @ 1,0 bar in SiC or SiSiC material. Such a useful tool, it is one thing to have a table with parameters and figures - this visualisation makes it much easier to compare one and the other nozzle [fitted at the same place and same surroundings!] helping to find the best working solution for each individual tank.
The spray width of flat fan nozzles depend on different parameters such as e.g. nominal spray angle of the nozzle, installation height of the nozzle to the sprayed surface, operating pressure of the nozzle or also the viscosity of the medium.
@@rfee7 In general flat fan nozzles are designed and constructed to spray vertically. But of course flat fan nozzles also can be used in a horizontal spray. For detailed information about covered area we also need further information such as spraying distances, installation height, operating pressure and information about the medium.
