NO NEED OF SUGAR , OIL OR GREASE OR ANYTHING ELSE.....HAS A BREAD/PASTRY BAKER FOR MOORE THAN 40 YEAR , LESS YOU PUT MORE THE BREAD WILL BE GOOD!!! TRICK IS GOOD FLOUR BREAD MIX , FRESH YEAST , AND A GOOD TIME MACERATION TO CREATE THE BEST TASTE...THATS ALL!!!😊

Has a bread/pastry baker for more than 40 years I know for sure than sourdough is the best for POEPLES with stomach problems with white bread and yeast.... sourdough and long maceration is the key, it's better for health and a lots of POEPLES with intolerance to gluten can eat sourdough bread without any gastric trouble and pain...make your own sourdough it's simple but it's a little long to create in first place, take 28-30 days . Don't take some recipes with less days....real good and strong sourdough need to grow 30 days!!!But , but , after you levain is born, you can make your bread the next day or you put in the fridge and when it's time to make your bread you refresh the dough with également part of water/flour ( put has much you need to make your bread, , one bread or more) and make your bread next day....and don't forget to keep enough sourdough for next batch of bread!!!😊 If you don't make bread each week, you need to feed your levain once a week with a little water and a little flour.....easy 😊 There's some good professional sourdough recipes out there, surch and pick up one long maceration 28-30 days ....good luck!!!😊

Votre recette contient 6 INGRÉDIENTS et non 3. Le titre de votre vidéo est erroné. Du pain avec du sucre et de l’huile, ce n’est pas la recette de base. De la levure sèche ou fraîche, de l’eau, de la farine et du sel suffisent pour faire du bon pain.
