A bit wide on the grip for my tastes but everyone is different. Also make it a bit more fluid and dont rely too much on that hip hinge. Good job though!
Try to move more fluidly, not piece by piece. You can always lower the weight, practice slower but more high quality squats. Concentrate on every body part and muscle, really imagen them like you see yourself from the inside. This will not only help you progreas faster with the weights but will also teach you more about your own biomechanics. For your technique, stay inside the box kust in case, I like squates when the shoulders are behinde the knees not over them. Everyone has different opinion and the range of motion you can do it is pretty wide, hence the first part of the comment. Keep it up! Alwaya reseach and try. Exercises with a 5kg resistance band to strengthen ligaments and I started doing weighted training and sets and reps. I decreased purely static training as I found the injury came from that. Main thing is see which exercises hurt, do those less and build up a stronger base
